SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Domestic Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders exceeding $50.00**

**Product collection, oversized product & special order products & other restrictions apply which do not fall within and are not applicable to free shipping guidelines.

2. PROCESSING TIME

>All product orders are, barring any acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, processed within 1 business day(s) from receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

>Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

>After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled.

>If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

>Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

>Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns (Review our shipping policies and procedures via the link above).

5. DELAYED ORDERS

>In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability.

>For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Sea & Tech Outfitters Florida is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

>Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

>The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

Tarpon Times Premium rewards account - worth the hype

Not usually one who throws away cash for silly monthly subscriptions, but in the case of Sea & Tech’s Tarpon Times Premium Rewards Acct, not only do we receive consistently crazy discounts, that are emailed to you once a month, but always every month.

I have been able to use the discounts on regular price to me guys, apparel, and gear, but you can also use the discount codes on sale and clearance items as well. Truly a “no restrictions” and no purchase necessary program for any and all merchandise listed on their website; not so much of program as it is birthday once a month extra all year long. You get up to 30% off on apparel and taco and gear is between 10 and 50% and there’s always something incredible sent to each customer.

For a company that works on already lowered margins, I don’t know how many customers they have in this program but I bet their cost to provide other dedicated in anglers has to be incredibly high.

This rewards account also automatically qualifies you for standard shipping for FOR FREE FOR LIFE!

Additionally, Jason and his team send you a personalized “surprise” tackle box once a month, and what it sent somehow reflects exactly what is based on your purchase history at their store, and somehow they even know to a T, what your fishing interests are.

I will tell you that the average value of each box of goods is valued easily at $150, or more, every time I receive one, and even better, they constantly send Tarpon TIMES members awesome promo codes or new demo products, whenever they have new items to sell. From dri fit sport fishing shirts, to Rapala or like Yo-Zuri artificial lures..well worth every penny of the $24.95 mo cost, and there is no commitment & you can cancel any time…

Again and Again, these guys have managed to raise the bar in an industry full of greedy jokers!!

Our commercial count has been managed by Jason’s sales team, they are extremely polite and caring, and the definition of awesome customer service start to finish. They gave us a net 30 credit account that accurately reflected our purchasing needs, and Jason sends us updated reporting weekly based on our activity with their stores. We have a wholesale account with Sea & Tech Outfitters Florida LLC, and as always, we are overly impressed with their ability to deliver when needed. This isn’t a particularly hard product to find, but when we first signed up to use the company as a supplier, we did not realize just how many products they sell. They always treat their B2B customers like loyalty, our orders are always accurate and they are shipped and delivered when the owner Jason tells us they will. When we have items that are hard to source, like specially boating product numbers, they always seem to be able to deliver!

Awesome crew! They know their stuff!

Jason & his team at Sea & Tech were super helpful and answer all my questions about putting together an inshore rig. Selection and options for the rods and reels is incredible and I join their loyalty program and Jason gave me free shipping and $100 account credit/gift card just replacing my first order for my new Shimano Saragosa 3000 series and St. Croix ensure spinning rod. These guys know their products, and they know the best fishing spots in the area for everything. Recommend any day of the week, would buy from them again in a heartbeat and plan to use the Piece $100 account credit for Christmas Bet presents!
